Strategic Plan

During the summer of 2008, the CCDC undertook an intensive strategic planning process in order to develop priorities and strategies to best meet our mission. During that time the Board of Directors sought input from a variety of community stakeholders to consider the best plan for action. The plan was ultimately adopted in November of 2008. The CCDC will be implementing elements of the plan over the next five years. Additionally, the CCDC intends to frequently review the plan and have developed it with flexibility in mind, to allow us to address emerging and changing needs.
