CCDC Initiatives

The Carnegie Community Development Corporation is pleased to present the following initiatives. As our organization develops, we plan to add many other programs targeting the interests of all members of the Carnegie community. We are also interested in your input. Please do not hesitate to contact us with ideas for projects that interest you.

West Main Street Properties Request for Qualifications and Proposals

The CCDC is seeking qualified developers to bring an interesting and dynamic project to the vacant properties located at 7, 11, 13, 15 and 17 West Main Street, Carnegie PA . Interested parties must complete a Request for Qualifications and Proposals packet.

The Façade Improvement Program (Storefront Improvement)

While the initial applicants are due March 10th, we will allow a second round of applications to be reviewed after April 10th. You may submit an application for consideration until April 10th.

The Façade Improvement Program is intended to encourage façade and signage improvements on Main Street in Carnegie from Chestnut Street to Jefferson Street through financial assistance to eligible owners or tenants. The program seeks to develop a more coherent, creative and attractive appearance in downtown Carnegie.

Holy Souls Request for Qualifications and Proposals
